1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and Prabhu 365 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by Prabhu 365, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and use Prabhu 365, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

- Is an individual acting on their own behalf (not a representative of any third party)
- Not currently on an active self-exclusion list at any gambling platform
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online gambling activities
Each player is only permitted to register one (1) account only at prabhu 365. Registering multiple accounts under your own name, a spouse's, a family member's at the same address, or from the same IP address is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of winnings.
Prabhu 365 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), proof of address, or other additional information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. Account, Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your prabhu 365 login credentials confidential, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with anyone, including family members, friends, or any third party claiming to represent prabhu 365.
All activity carried out under your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — is entirely your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or by another person using your account. Prabhu 365 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on prabhu 365 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods are valid Malaysian payment options only, including:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- GrabPay
- Boost
- ShopeePay
- DuitNow
- FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, RHB Now, and other participating FPX banks
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. prabhu 365 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the player.
Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the prabhu 365 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. prabhu 365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request deemed unusual or high-risk.
Prabhu 365 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any withdrawal request linked to suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Prabhu 365 will notify the player and may require additional documentation before the withdrawal can proceed.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements
Prabhu 365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed alongside each promotion, including wagering (rollover) requirements, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.
General conditions that apply to all prabhu 365 bonuses unless otherwise stated:
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per account, per phone number and per device
- Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal of winnings involving bonus funds can be made
- Bets placed below the specified minimum amount do not count towards rollover completion
- Prabhu 365 reserves the right to void related bonuses and winnings if there is evidence of offer abuse
- The bonus validity period begins on the date of claim and expires on the date specified in the terms of that bonus
6. Game Rules & Betting
Prabhu 365 offers a wide range of game categories including slots, Live Casino, table games, poker, Virtual Sports, and live match betting. Each category and individual game may have additional rules displayed within the game interface.
All game outcomes at Prabhu 365 are final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verified by Prabhu 365. In the event of a technical failure such as a server outage, connection disruption, or any system error that prevents a game outcome from being determined accurately, Prabhu 365 reserves the right to:
- Cancelling the affected rounds or bets and returning the stake to the player's account
- Resuming play from the last accurately verifiable point
- Suspending the game temporarily until the technical issue is resolved
For live in-play Sports Betting at Prabhu 365, bets that are accepted and confirmed before an event occurs are binding. Bets processed after the event in question has already taken place (for example, a goal scored before the bet was confirmed by the system) are void and the stake will be returned.
7. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Prabhu 365 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. As such, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:
- Use of bots or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform
- Collusion between players in poker or any other game
- Money laundering or use of the platform for suspicious financial activities
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the prabhu 365 system to gain an unfair advantage
- Identity fraud or using another person's personal information to register or access an account
- Bonus abuse including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
- Selling or transferring accounts to any other party without prior written consent from Prabhu 365
- Any action intended to defraud, disrupt, or damage the operations of the Prabhu 365 platform
8. Betting Limits & Risk Controls
Prabhu 365 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any game, market, or individual player at any time without prior notice. These limits may vary based on a player's VIP tier, betting history, or prabhu 365's internal risk assessment.
Prabhu 365 also reserves the right to decline, void, or restrict any bet deemed suspicious, exceeding set limits, or in conflict with the platform's risk management policy. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
9. Account Termination & Suspension
Prabhu 365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
Players whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of these Terms are not entitled to any outstanding balances or pending winnings. If the termination is initiated by Prabhu 365 without any breach on the player's part, any valid balance in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the last deposit.
Players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Prabhu 365 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned once all active bonus rollover requirements have been met or cancelled.
10. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, redistribute, republish, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any content on the prabhu 365 platform for any purpose without prior written permission from prabhu 365.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Prabhu 365 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Prabhu 365 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Use of the Prabhu 365 platform is at your own risk. While Prabhu 365 strives to maintain continuous and uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or technical disruptions. Prabhu 365 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or factors beyond our control.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where prabhu 365 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the player and prabhu 365 shall be referred to binding arbitration.
Before initiating any legal action or arbitration, players are required to contact the Prabhu 365 support team first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. The timeframe for this initial resolution process is 30 days from the date of the first written communication regarding the dispute.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be excluded or modified to the extent necessary, while all remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms displayed on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and prabhu 365 regarding your use of this platform, and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or representations, whether written or verbal.
